When buying this product I didn't expect a "night & day" result and end up with sparkling pearly whites as you would expect from going to the dentist. I did notice that my teeth were two or three shades lighter after the treatment, which is better than I expected. The effect was noticeable from the first treatment. I continued with the remaining four treatments, doing both upper and lower teeth at the same time with every treatment.Tip 1: When you insert the gum guards, use your finger tips to gently push the white paste onto all your front teeth. Don't push too hard. I found I had to do some gentle pushing to coat all my front teeth as I don't have perfectly even teeth.Tip 2: Find something to do for 20 minutes that does not involve talking to anyone or just have a lie down for 20 minutes, that worked for me, quite relaxing.I'm fairly impressed as this product has exceeded my expectations. This is now my "go to" product for teeth whitening.
