Before breakfast is recommended. You might actually be better at preventing cavities if you brush before you have breakfast because then you’ll be removing as much bacteria as possible instead of “feeding” them. We recommend to brush your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes.

Only used this a few times so too early to tell on whitening ability. I went by the positive reviee so fingers crossed. Packaging and taste ok.

On my second tube now. This is the best toothpaste I have found for whitening and I’ve tried quite a few. It takes a few weeks to notice the change but it’s definitely working
